All new Onebot Bikes come with a limited 1 year warranty excludes wearing parts. More information is available from the warranty page on OnebotBike.com.
The warranty process starts by the user submitting the Service Request form. Our team will reach out to you within 2 business days to discuss next steps. Often our certified bike techs will be able to troubleshoot the issue via email and can send out spare parts to the user. The bike may need to be sent to Onebot Bike or dealer for more severe issues.
Spare parts are available from the Parts & Accessories section on the Onebot Bike website or dealer.
Your Onebot Bike is water resistant, not water proof. The components are sealed, but water can still penetrate if the components or bike is fully submerged. Be careful around water. Water damage is not covered under our standard warranty.
